Amy at Thread in Hand has been working on her Owl and the Pussycat project designed by Jenny Adin-Christie.
It motivated me to unearth my half completed dolls and finally finish them.
So here they are hand in hand, at the edge of the sand, as they dance by the light of the moon.
Thanks for the encouragement Amy!
And a big thank you to Rachael Kinnison
at Lady’s Repository Museum. If there is enough interest in “The Red House” book I will try to reprint.
loving your owl and pussycat they are both wearing very posh clothing
A very fine pair indeed!
Why am I not surprised at your wonderfully created Owl and Pussycat!! Of course Owl is clever and wise looking, and Pussycat, wearing her sailor hat, is ready to sail by the light of the moon in their beautiful pea-green boat. Children's story books in the making, Janet?
Keep on with what you do so very well!
Your blog is such a joy to me,
Ruth

Hope you decide to republish your book–I would love to have it!
