I spent most of New Year's Day making changes to my map.
I didn't like the color or texture of my background choice. I dyed a batch of plum/black wool and love it in the background.
I also removed the red stitching that said 'the world of possibilities' . I am rethinking how I will add that title to that space.
How it looks for now!
The black makes such a difference and well worth the restitching, now the mountain really pops.
